SEATTLE  -- The Port of Seattle Audit Committee will convene a 
special meeting from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 
in the Commission Chambers, Pier 69, 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA.  
The special meeting will be held for discussion of the Concession and 
Lease Audits; a status report on the response to the 2007 TKW Audit; 
and discussion of the Audit Committee Charter.  No other business will 
be considered.
