SEATTLE  -- The Port of Seattle Audit Committee will convene a 
special meeting from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 27, 2009 in 
the Commission Chambers, Pier 69, 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA.  
The meeting will be held for discussion of internal audits performed of 
Concession Leases and of the Procurement Department; an update on 
the Recreational Boating Department audit; a report on Financial and 
Grant Regulatory Compliance Audits; and discussion of amendments to 
the Audit Committee Charter.  No other business will be considered.
