SEATTLE  -- The Port of Seattle Audit Committee will convene a 
special meeting from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 in the 
Commission Chambers, Pier 69, 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, W A.  The 
meeting will be held for discussion of the Louis Dreyfus Lease 
Agreement Audit; the Management Services Agreement Audit of World 
Trade Center Seattle; and the Seaport Security Department Audit. 

No other business will be considered.
