At the Regular Meeting of the Port Commission of the Port of Seattle, July 14, 2009, it is hereby moved
that the Port Auditor be authorized and is hereby directed to pay the following outstanding obligations of
salaries and claims against the Port:
CHECKS* ISSUED DURING THE PERIOD JUNE 1, 2009 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2009: 
*Includes EFT, Wire Transfers and Direct Deposit
FUND TOTAL                            $42,721,497.62
Accounts Payable Checks:      751636 - 752997     $36,089,529.94
Payroll Checks:         P-0160633 - P-0160959      6,631,967.68

Appropriate and effective internal controls are in place to ensure that the above outstanding obligations
have been processed in accordance with Port of Seattle procurement/payment policies and delegation of
authority.

therein set forth are true and correct obligations of the Port of Seattle.
