PORT OF SEATTLE MEMORANDUM COMMISSION AGENDA - STAFF BRIEFING Item No. 7b Date of Meeting May 12,2009 DATE: March 27, 2009 TO: Tay Yoshitani, Chief Executive Officer FROM: Marie Fritz, Manager, Cruise Services & Business Development SUBJECT: Terminal 91 - Neighbors' Advisory Committee- 2008 Annual Report BACKGROUND The Terminal 91 Neighbors' AdvisoryCommittee (NAC) is composed of representativesof the Magnolia Community Club and Queen Anne Community council. Together with representatives of the Port of Seattle, NAC operates within the terms of the Terminal 91 Short Fill Redevelopment Agreement (as amended 1985 and 1998). The Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at Pier 69. The 2008 Annual Activity Report has been prepared for presentation to the Port Commissionand executives by the NAC Chairperson, Bruce Laing. NAC greatly appreciates the opportunity to provide the 2008 Annual Report to the Commission and looks forward to questions and comments.
