Agenda Item: 8e_Order Meeting Date: April 8, 2025 ORDER NO. 2025-05 AN ORDER OF THE PORT OF SEATTLE COMMISSION ... providing for a 'Exceptional Performance ' (3.5% plus a 1% lump sum) rating of the Executive Director based on performance in 2024, increasing the current base salary of the Executive Director Steve Metruck, effective March 1, 2025, by $17,196 per year and a one-time lump sum payment of $4,913; and providing for a 3.6% cost-of-living increase provided to Port Employees in 2025 regardless of performance increase and effective February 1, 2025, in the amount of $17,072; for a total base salary increase of $34,268. ADOPTED APRIL 8, 2025 TEXT OF THE ORDER The Port Commission hereby increases the current base salary of the Executive Director, Steve Metruck, for 2025 to reflect the 3.6% cost of living increase provided to Port employees in 2025, and per the 'Exceptional' rating for performance in 2024, as outlined above in the title of this Order.
