Box 1209 Patricia Davis Seattle, Washington 98111 Lloyd Hara www. portseattle.org Gael Tarleton 206.728.3000 APPROVED MINUTES COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 8, 2009 The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2009, in "The Library" at The Willows Lodge in Woodinville, WA. for the purpose of holding a Commission Retreat. Commissioners Bryant, Tarleton and Creighton and Chief Executive Officer Yoshitani were present. Also in attendance were Commissioners-elect Albro and Holland. 1. CALL TO ORDER The special meeting was called to order at 8:10 a.m. by Bill Bryant, President of the Commission. The following topics were reviewed and discussed at the Commission retreat with the assistance of Sally Hull, facilitator, Applied Leadership Strategies. Who's Here and Why Are We Here? Vision and Goals. SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Ideal Scenario for December 31, 2010. Next Steps and Actions Items. 2.
