SUBJECT:  Capital Improvement Projects Report for the Second Quarter 2009 
BACKGROUND 
The Commission has received the Capital Improvement Projects Report for the second quarter of
2009. This presentation provides an update on t he status of all projects managed by Aviation
Project Management, Seaport Project Management, and Information and Communications
Technology that have a reportable condition relating to budget, schedule or scope. 
This report is intended to meet the reporting requirements of the Port of Seattle Commission
Resolution 3605, and the Commission motion on January 8, 2008 regarding "Report on Major
Capital Projects." 
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES 
This briefing is in compliance with the Port's strategy to "Ensure Airport and Seaport Vitality"
through financial performance.
