BRIEFING OUTLINE 
The opening of the T30 Container Terminal was delayed because the crane cable trench was
constructed too narrow for the cables on the cranes. Staff will provide an update on the
resolution of this issue as well as other aspects of the project, including the following topics: 
Crane Cable Replacement Update 
Design Error Claim Status Report 
Operational Status Update 
Upland Dredge Spoil Disposal Update

Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
