At the Regular Meeting of the Port Commission of the Port of Seattle, August 11, 2009, it is hereby
moved that the Port Auditor be authorized and is hereby directed to pay the following outstanding
obligations of salaries and claims against the Port: 
CHECKS* ISSUED DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2009 THROUGH JULY 31, 2009: 
*Includes EFT, Wire Transfers and Direct Deposit

Appropriate and effective internal controls are in place to ensure that the above outstanding obligations
have been processed in accordance with Port of Seattle procurement/payment policies and delegation of
authority.
