Dear Kennel Master,

Concerning canine "Merlin" microchip number276094180090939 a male
,
neutered yellow labrador retriever with Officer Jeralyn Berg.

Merlin's current issues of back pain from intervertebral disc disease and
intermittent lameness is debilitating. His latest flair up is concerning and may
need a MRI if medical management is not successful. He also suffers from severe
atopic dermatitis, food allergies, and intermittent lameness. It is my
recommendation to retire Merlin as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Tram Le, DVM
Medical Director
Burien Veterinary Hospital
