- EVERYONE IS TRYING TO WORK THIS OUT TOGETHER
- AND WE HAVE BEEN REALLY ON THE FOREFRONT PROVIDING INFORMATION TO THE REGULATORY AGENCIES SO THAT THEY CAN HELP PROVIDE THE BEST INFORMATION TO EVERYONE IN THE STATE WHO IS TRANSITIONING THEIR PRODUCTS AND HOW TO MANAGE AFFF OR OTHER PFAS CONTAINING MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS AND HOW TO DISPOSE OF THEM IN THE BEST METHOD POSSIBLE
- AND I'M JUST TRYING TO, FOR ITEM ONE IS, I THINK THAT WAS THE PRIMARY

- AND SO AS CHIEF KRAUSS NOTED, THEY'RE REALLY TRYING TO DEVELOP THE MOST RISK ADVERSE PROGRAM
- AND SO THEY ALSO DON'T WANT TO TAKE A BUNCH OF MATERIAL AND NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SAFELY DISPOSE OF IT

- SO ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE DOING, WE HAVEN'T FLOWED OUR TRUCKS YET WITH THE NEW FOAM IN IT

- BUT THE CRITICAL ENDORSEMENTS, SUCH AS STOPGAP INSURANCE, POLLUTION INSURANCE, AND LIABILITY ENDORSEMENTS WERE MISSING
