The meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, will begin at 6:00 p.m. and be held at the Seattle Public Library, Microsoft Auditorium, 1000 Fourth Avenue, Seattle, Washington. The meeting on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, will begin at 6:00 p.m. and be held at Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington. ####

PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
