NOTICE  
SEATTLE  –  On  Monday , December 19, 2016,  The Port of Seattle Commission will 
convene a  special  meeting at 9:00 a.m. at Port of  Seattle Headquarters, 2711 Alaskan 
Way, Seattle, Washington.  The purpose  of the meeting is to  hold a study session to 
consider  the Commission’s work plan for 2017.   No final actions will be taken at this 
meeting and no public comment will be taken.  

* If necessary, an  executive  session may be held pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 at any time after convening .

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
