SUBJECT: Written Consent for First Reading and Second Reading and Final Passage of
Resolution No. 3724

I will be unable to attend the Port Commission regular meeting on September 27, 2016, to be
held in the International Auditorium at the Conference Center at Sea-Tac International Airport,
and will not be present when Resolution No. 3724 is considered and voted upon by the
Commission. However, I am familiar with Resolution No. 3724, which relates to surplus of
property in the city of Auburn to enhance the Green River Trail.

In accordance with Article VIH, Section 1, of the Port Commission Bylaws, I consent to
Resolution No. 3724 being introduced for First Reading at the September 27, 2016, regular
meeting and being placed on the agenda for nal action (Second Reading and Final Passage) at
the same meeting (September 27, 2016) at which it is rst introduced.

Please proceed with consideration of Resolution No. 3724, and enter this advance written
consent in the ofcial minutes of the meeting as required by the Bylaws.
