Subject: Public Information Request Port of Seattle (Request 16-183)

Ms. Edgar:
On May 27, 2016 we received your public information request. We have interpreted you are asking
for the following:
All communication and written reports, studies, meetings, notes, maps, graphs, texts and final
reports on 2nd site study and the final report generated for/by the PRSC and the state of Governor.
Community Agreement regarding take-off and landing noise to follow the 4 Post Plan.
Copy of the reports and notices to the greater Burien community about closing down the 4 Post Plan
and what new plans would be put in place and how citizens would be involved.
Schedules for engine run-ups January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017.
We have created a request for you within our online request portal via a separate email notification.
The link for your request https://portofseattle.nextrequest.com/requests/16-183 will direct you to a
file containing the following documents:
4 Post plan from FAA
4 Post plan to be implemented by FAA
Engine Run-ups from Jan 1 2015 May 15 2016 (We are interpreting you meant 2015 and
2016 not 2017 if this is not correct, please let us know).
If you have any issues accessing the file or its contents, please let us know and we can mail you the
documents on a CD.
As it pertains to the 2nd site study, please clarify if you are referring to the 2nd Airport. In addition,
if we have misinterpreted any other parts of your request, please clarify. If there are specific time
periods you seek, please clarify.
Based on our interpretation, we are continuing to search for and gather potentially responsive

Thank you,

Jerome Wilen

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
