SYNOPSIS 
As discussed on June 10, 2014, during the briefing on the 2015 Business Plan and Budget
Process, the Real Estate division will present a very short overview of the Real Estate 
business plan followed by a discussion with the Commission. 
BACKGROUND 
The Real Estate division business plan document was distributed to the Commission on
June 17, 2014. The business plan explains the objectives and actions that support the
Century Agenda and the Port-wide strategies, and the Real Estate strategies.
