Project Delivery Methods 
Fundamentals of successful project
management are common to all delivery
methodologies. 
Challenges posed by the traditional Design-Bid-
Build method have led to interest in alternative
delivery methods . 
The industry shift to these alternatives,
including Design Build, is because they have
proven to be better solutions for Owners for
many types of projects.

Design Build ("DB") is the consolidation of
design and construction under one contract. 
Benefits of DB include:

Shift of risks from Owner to Design Builder

Lump Sum Design-Build (LSDB)

furnished partial design. 
Progressive Design Build (PDB)

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
