Adds S. 170th Street Roundabout with $1 million cap 
Provides traffic control at Cell Phone Lot entrance and southbound North
Airport Expressway off-ramp 
Cell Phone Lot construction approved by Commission 09/10/13 
Adds Connecting 28th/24th Avenue South project with $4 million cap 
Provides a more direct route between the airport and Port properties 
Part of South Access Phase 1 
Both projects will access funds from the Port's 22% parking tax allocation 
Adequate funds projected through the term of the ILA 
Both projects meet the intent of the ILA 
Mitigate the impact of airport traffic on City streets
