July 2, 2013 Port of Seattle Commission Exhibit 3 2711 Alaskan Way Port Commission 223.; \w Seattle, WA 98121 Meeting01W RE: ATZ Doug Fox Lease Dear Port of Seattle Commissioners: At the June 4 Port Commission meeting you had questions regarding a condition of the proposed Doug Fox lease that requires ATZ to divest its interests in any competing airport parking facility. I apologize for not being available to answer your questions at that meeting as I was out of the country on a long planned for family trip. ATZ is currently owned by me, Mary Nichols, and Larry Bailey. Concurrent with commission approval of the lease, ATZ will initiate a process of divesting its interest in its only competing SeaTac airport parking facility, ShuttleParkZ. We will work expeditiously to complete this process at the earliest possible date. Upon completion, I will be the sole remaining partner in ATZ and have no nancial interest whatsoever in ShuttlePark2. Furthermore, I state that I am not related, by blood or marriage, to anyone that will have a nancial interest in ShuttleParkZ.
