Desired Outcomes Aquatic and estuary habitat increased in and around Puget Sound. Manufacturing and industrial districts are protected and enhanced, to prevent sprawl to outlying undeveloped sites. "No Discharge Zones" established as determined by Department of Ecology and Puget Sound Partnership through data-driven research and in collaboration with Puget Sound ports.
