MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO THE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN PORT OF SEATTLE AND INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MACHINISTS AND AEROSPACE WORKERS AFL-CIO DISTRICT LODGE NO. 160, LOCAL LODGE 289 THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is supplemental to the Agreement, term of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2012, by and between the Port of Seattle and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge 160, Local Lodge 289 representing the Parts Procurement Department. This Memorandum of Understanding confirms the Employer and the Union agreed to the following during negotiations in accordance with Article 14, Rates of Pay: Effective January 1, 2012 hourly wage rates shall be: Hourly Rate Hourly Rate Hourly 2011 2012 payout increase $28.67 $ 28.67 $500 - $ 24.88 $ 25.38 $ 0.50 $ 24.13 $ 24.60 $ 0.47 $23.10 $ 23.75 $ 0.65 $22.90 $ 23.75 $ 0.85 All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect through the duration of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement, January 1, 2011 December 31, 2012.
