Re: Mad Anthony's, Inc. Claim for Reimbursement and Letter of Commitment

Dear Mr. Fick:
In early 2014, Mad Anthony's, Inc. (MAI) completed hot water and heating system improvements at the
Anthony's Pier 66 restaurant. These improvements were required due to the termination of steam
service to this building in 2013. The cost of these improvements, as documented in the attached AIA
Document G702, was $797,990.00. MAI now requests that the Port of Seattle reimburse MAI in full for
the cost of these improvements. Upon receipt of reimbursement in the amount of $797,990.00, MAI
agrees to exercise its remaining 15 year Option to Extend related to its Bell Street Pier Restaurant Lease
Agreement (#000294). The exercise of this extension will result in a December, 2041 termination date.
