RESOLUTION NO. 3695 

A RESOLUTION of the Port Commission of the Port of Seattle declaring certain
personal property surplus (Port of Seattle Cranes 61, 62, 63, 64, 66
& 68) for Port of Seattle purposes and authorizing its sale or
disposal. 

WHEREAS, the Port of Seattle ("Port") has owned the personal property
described as PACECO Cranes, S/Ns 1264, 1263, 1262, 1261, 1355, and 1473, P.O.S. No.
61, 62, 63, 64, 66,and 68, respectively and associated components and 
WHEREAS, said property is no longer needed for its intended purpose, or other
purposes of the Port; and 
WHEREAS, pursuant to 53.08.090 of the Revised Code of Washington the Port
Commission may declare surplus any personal property no longer needed for Port
purposes and authorize its sale or other disposal; 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Port Commission of the Port
of Seattle: 
Section 1: PACECO Cranes: S/N 1264, P.O.S. No. 61; S/N 1263, P.O.S. No. 62;
S/N 1262, P.O.S. No. 63; S/N 1261, P.O.S. No. 64; S/N 1355, P.O.S. No. 66; and S/N
1473, P.O.S. No. 68 and associated components are no longer needed for Port purposes
and it is in the best interest of the Port that said property be sold or disposed in
accordance with State law and Port procedures. 
Section 2. As of 6/30/14, PACECO Crane S/N 1264, P.O.S. No. 61 has a
remaining book value of $305,000; PACECO Crane S/N 1263, P.O.S. No. 62 has a
remaining book value of $305,000; PACECO Crane S/N 1262, P.O.S. No. 63 has a
remaining book value of $305,000; PACECO Crane S/N 1261, P.O.S. No. 64 has a

remaining book value of $305,000; PACECO Crane S/N 1355, P.O.S. No. 66 has a
remaining book value of $107,000; PACECO Crane S/N 1473, P.O.S. No. 68 has a
remaining book value of $305,000; Associated components have a remaining book value
of $510,000; 
ADOPTED by the Port Commission of the Port of Seattle this __________ day
of __________________________, _____, and duly authenticated in open session by the
signatures of the Commissioners voting in favor thereof and the seal of the Commission.
