Kiosk Program Expansion

Background 
The Kiosk Program provides opportunities for small, local, and disadvantaged businesses to
gain experience doing business at the Airport. 
The Introductory Kiosk (3 locations currently) requires: 
A minimum of six months of continuous operation outside the airport 
No capital investment from the tenant 
A lease term of 6-18 months 
The Intermediate Kiosk (3 locations currently) requires: 
Successful completion of a term in the Introductory Kiosk Program 
Capital investment of $20-30k for the design and construction of the casework as
well as ongoing maintenance and storage 
A lease term of 3-4 years
