Commissioner Creighton was present. Commissioners Albro, Bowman, Felleman, and Gregoire participated by telephone. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Commissioner Creighton and was immediately recessed to executive session to discuss one matter related to qualifications for public employment. ADJOURNMENT Following the executive session, the Commission adjourned at approximately 5:30 p.m. without conducting further business. Prepared: Attest: Paul J.
