Motion to enter into an employment agreement for the 
Chief of Staff of the Port of Seattle Commission 
Adopted January 7, 2014 
Motion 
The Port of Seattle Commission, in accordance with the Salary and Benefits Resolution for 2014
adopted November 19, 2013, hereby authorizes an employment agreement with Larry Ehl to
serve as the Port of Seattle Commission Chief of Staff commencing January 10, 2014.
