Commissioners Bowman, Calkins, Felleman, Gregoire, and Steinbrueck were present. CALL TO ORDER The meeting convened at approximately 8:30 a.m. and was immediately recessed to executive session to discuss one matter related to national security. ADJOURNMENT Following the executive session, the Commission adjourned at approximately 9:30 a.m. without conducting further business. Prepared: Attest: Paul J.
