Metruck, Executive Director FROM: Dave McFadden, Managing Director, Economic Development Division Kelly Zupan, Director, Seaport Finance & Budget SUBJECT: 2019 Economic Development Division Operating Budget Briefing EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The purpose of this briefing is to discuss with the Commission the 2019 preliminary operating budgets for the Economic Development Division. Staff would also like to seek the Commission's feedback on the preliminary budget. This is one of a series of business plan and budget briefings to the Commission starting from May prior to the formal Commission reviews and approvals of the 2019 budget in November.
