Minutes Exhibit D
Minutes Exhibit D Port Commission Regular Meeting of March 26. 2019 2/25/2019 We are interested to join the new 2 years pilot program to start by the Port of Seattle. We are about 20 dual plate license taxi drivers kicked out of the Airport by Eastside for Hire, when they got the contract. We refused to give money under the table to Abdul, the general manager of the company. We all have a very good record and have been driving a taxi for many years. The Port hired a lawyer, Andy Cooley, to do a study why we were kicked out of the Airport by Eastside For Hire Company. What happened to the study? The port should give the permit to work at the airport to the cab owners instead of the dispatch companies or middle men. Eastside for Hire Owner Abdul Has about 40 for hire cars working for him. If you suspend the agreement or contract with Eastside for Hire, his cars should not be allowed to work in the airport. Please try to be fair to everybody and let the single cab owners with dual licenses work in the airport during this pilot program. Thank you Borhawn = od #H 344
