Metruck, Executive Director FROM: David Soike, COO SUBJECT: 2019 Second Quarter Capital Improvement Projects Report EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This marks the first report following recent reorganization where the project management departments now report directly to the business operating divisions. Out of the 91 projects, 42 projects are either in design or planning phase and a variance is not reported on these projects. 4 new variances follow for the 49 projects that are either in an Implementation/Construction Phase.
