SUBJECT:  Written Consent for Introduction and Adoption of Resolution No. 3760

| will be unable to attend the port commission public meeting on July 9, 2019, to be held in
Commission Chambers at Pier 69 and will not be present when Resolution 3760 is considered
and voted upon by the commission. However, | am familiar with Resolution 3760, which relates
to transfer of property located south of South Spokane Street in the vicinity of Duwamish
Avenue to the City of Seattle in keeping with the port's arrangement with the city to construct
the East Marginal Way Grade Separation. In accordance with Article VI, Section 5, of the port
commission bylaws, | consent to Resolution 3760 being introduced on July 9, 2019, and being
offered for adoption at the same meeting at which it is first introduced. Please proceed with
consideration of Resolution 3760 and enter this advance written consent in the record of the
meeting as required by the bylaws.
