However, | am familiar with Resolution 3760, which relates to transfer of property located south of South Spokane Street in the vicinity of Duwamish Avenue to the City of Seattle in keeping with the port's arrangement with the city to construct the East Marginal Way Grade Separation. In accordance with Article VI, Section 5, of the port commission bylaws, | consent to Resolution 3760 being introduced on July 9, 2019, and being offered for adoption at the same meeting at which it is first introduced.
