APPROVED MINUTES COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 14, 2013 The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting Thursday, February 14, 2013, at Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington. Commissioners Albro, Bryant, Creighton, and Holland were present. CALL TO ORDER The special meeting was called to order at 10:05 a.m. by Tom Albro, Commission President. EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 The special meeting was immediately recessed to an executive session estimated to last approximately two hours to discuss matters relating to pending or potential litigation and sale or lease of real estate. ADJOURNMENT Following the executive session, which lasted approximately two hours, the special meeting reconvened in open public session at 12:05 p.m. and immediately adjourned.
