COMMISSION MORNING SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 5, 2014 
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at the World
Trade Center, 2200 Alaskan Way, Suite 410, Seattle, Washington.  Commissioners Albro,
Bowman, Bryant, Creighton, and Gregoire were present. 
CALL TO ORDER 
The special meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. by Courtney Gregoire, Commission Co-
President. 
EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 
The special meeting was immediately recessed to an executive session estimated to last
approximately 75 minutes to discuss matters relating to qualifications for public employment. 
ADJOURNMENT 
Following the executive session, which lasted approximately 75 minutes, the special meeting was
continued to 7:30 p.m. at the Rainier Club, 820 Fourth Avenue, Seattle, Washington. No notice of
continuance was posted, and Commissioners Albro, Bowman, Bryant, Creighton, and Gregoire
were present for the continued portion of the meeting. The continued meeting concluded by
approximately 9:30 p.m. No final actions were taken.
