Startup 425 
Startup 425 is a collaborative effort to expand
entrepreneurship opportunities across Eastside
communities by helping you turn that idea into reality. 
Entrepreneurial Training: 
Establish training sessions to provide business startups
with the support they need to successfully start and
growth their business. 
Programs to cover business, marketing and financial plan
development, human resource planning and export
promotion. 
Global Passport Program: 
Provide export and marketing training to eight Eastside
technology companies and provide business
development opportunities at World Mobile Congress.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
