Project background 
CTE currently served by six Air Handling Units
(AHU's). 
All six AHU's are operating at peak capacity. 
Additional passenger growth requires use of the
North and South CTE mezzanines, which will require
additional HVAC in support of this expansion.

Project Scope 
Construction of two new roof top mounted AHU's in
support of the planned expansion of the CTE North
and South mezzanine spaces. 
Provide ductwork from the new AHU's to the CTE
mezzanine level for future build-out and expansion. 
Improve CTE smoke control systems.
