AMENDMENT 1 TO RESOLUTION NO. 3694

Commissioner _____________ offers the following amendment to the text of Resolution
No. 3694, relating to safety and security at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Amendment Section 1. 
In Section 2, paragraph (K), after "Minimum Wage" delete "in addition to" and insert in lieu
thereof: plus an additional amount of compensation that may be comprise in whole or in part by
any of 
And in the same paragraph, after "Internal Revenue Service:" insert:(i) Additional pay, And
renumber the remainder of the list in that sentence. 
Amendment Section 2. 
In Section 4, paragraph (B), in the first sentence, delete "pay" and insert in lieu thereof:

Amendment Section 3. 
In Section 6, paragraph (F), before and after "30 days" delete the brackets. 
Amendment Section 4. 
In Section 7, after "is held to be invalid," insert: including, without limitation, a holding of
invalidity or partial invalidity based on preemption by state of federal law,
