THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between THE PORT OF SEATTLE,

hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government:

WHEREAS. the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease to extend the Lease for two years, to relinquish 1,924 Rentable
Square Feet (RSF) of room MT6631M and to adjust the annual rent.
NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is
amended, effective September 2, 2013.

This Lease Amendment (LA) #1 is issued to extend the lease term for two (2) years with 1 year rm, relinquish room MT6631 M
which is 1,924 RSF of ofce and related space, and adjust the rent to reflect the remaining space under lease in room MT6619M
which is 1,844 RSF.

To accomplish the above Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Standard Form 2 are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the
following:

1.  Effective September 3, 2013 the Lessor teases to the Government the foliowtng described premises:

A total of 1.844 Rentable Square Feet (RSF), yielding 1,844 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) Square Feet of
office and related space in room MT6619M shown on Attachment 1.

This Lease Amendment contains 2 pages. Also included is Attachment 1 which is the room drawing for an additional 1 page.

All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain in force and effect.

2.  To Have and To Hold the said Premises with their appurtenances for the term beginning on September 3, 2008 and
continuing through September 2, 2015, subject to termination rights as may be hereinafter set forth.

3.   Effective September 3, 2013 the Government shat] pay the Lessor annual rent as follows:

$180,085.04 per annum at the rate of $15 007.09 per month in arrears

Rent for a lesser period shall be prorated.  Rent checks shalt be made payable to:

Port of Seattle, at the mailing address of, PO. Box 1209, Seattle WA. 98111-1209

4.  The Government or Lessor may terminate this lease in whole or in part at any time after September 2, 2014 by giving 60
calendar days written notice computed commencing from the day after the date of mailing of said notice.


Attachment 1 is also part of this LA and includes a modified drawing for rooms MT6619M (one page).

NOTE: Use of the GSA FORM 276, Supplemental Lease Agreement (SLA) has been discontinued. Ali references in the lease to
"GSA Form 276" or Supplemental Lease Agreement" shaii be now hereby construed to mean "Lease Amendment".

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
