Memorandum ofAgreement By and Between The Port of Seattle AND International Longshore & Warehouse Union, Local 9 Representing Tour Group Coordinators The parties having considered in good faith the terms of a successor agreement to the Collective Bargaining Agreement expiring on February 28, 2013, hereby agree to extend the terms of the Agreement for one year to February 28, 2014. The parties further agree that the hourly wage rates to be paid bargaining unit employees for the 2013 cruise season shall be as follows: lst Season $14.75 2nd Consecutive Season $15.26 3rd Consecutive Season $15.77 4th Consecutive Season $16.28 All other terms and conditions of the March 1, 2010 ~ February 28, 2013 Collective Bargaining Agreement covering Tour Group Coordinators shall remain the same during this one year extension period.
