Resume (no longer than two pages)
References (at least four [4] references, both personal and professional)
Completed Port Commission Candidate Questionnaire (please use questionnaire
included below)

When submitting the Commissioner Application, save the questionnaire to your computer, then
complete the form.

Applications must be submitted between January 10, 2013 and February 1, 2013 by 12:00
pm. (noon) to CommissionerAgglications@portseattle.org. Application submitted outside of
this timeframe will not be considered.

The slate of four to six finalists will be announced on February 12, 2013 and background and
reference checks will be completed for the nalists before February 26. 2013.

grow 100,000 new jobs for our region in the next 25 years. What do you feel are the most
important aspects of the Century Agenda and why? What role would you play in helping the
Port achieve the four regional initiatives and the strategies and objectives laid out in the
Century Agenda?
