Item No. 6b supp Meeting Date: July 28, 2020 Interlocal Agreement with Washington Public Ports Association and Nine Puget Sound/Columbia River Ports Endangered Species Act liaison July 28, 2020 Request Requesting Commission authorization for the E.D. to execute a five-year ILA with the Washington Public Ports Association and nine Puget Sound and Columbia River ports. Facilitates Endangered Species Act liaison to conduct reviews for NOAA and USFWS on behalf of ports.
