Minutes Exhibit A Port Commission Special Meeting of January 17, 2017 SEATTLE PORT COMMISSION TRANSPARENCY CODE OF CONDUCT 2017 As a duly elected Port of Seattle Commissioner, I am responsible for ensuring that the Port of Seattle, a public agency located in King County, conducts its business in the open in compliance with Washington State's Open Meetings Act, Chap. 42.30 RCW. In fulllment of my duties to the Commission as a body, and in recognition of my responsibilities as an elected ofcial serving the citizens of King County, I give my personal commitment to fostering and maintaining a culture of accountability and transparency within the Commission, among Port of Seattle employees, and between the Port of Seattle and King County's citizens.
