PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The next regular business meeting of the Port of Seattle Commission will be held on January 13, 2026, at the Port of Seattle Headquarters Building Commission Chambers, located at Pier 69, 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, Washington. This meeting is open to the public beginning at 12 noon. An Executive Session may be held beginning at 10:30 a.m. Executive Sessions are closed to the public per RCW 42.30.

The meeting will be open to the public for physical attendance at the Port of Seattle Headquarters Building Commission Chambers, located at 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, Washington. No virtual link is provided for this meeting, and no public testimony will be taken at this time.

Public sessions of the Port of Seattle Commission regular meetings begin at 12:00 noon on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Meetings held the 2nd Tuesday of the month are convened in Seattle at Pier 69, 2711 Alaskan Way, between Clay and Vine streets.

Commission meetings held the 4th Tuesday of the month are convened at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in the Conference Center on the Mezzanine level above the Gina Marie Lindsey Arrivals Hall. In August, November, and December, the Commission meets on the second Tuesday at Pier 69 and on the third Tuesday at the Airport. There is no regular meeting on the fourth Tuesdays of August, November, or December.

All Commission meetings are being held virtually via the TEAMs meeting platform and in-person at the locations and dates mentioned here. Meeting access information for virtual meetings is included in all meeting agendas published to this portal. The public may listen or participate in public meetings of the Commission via the telephone call-in line provided, or by watching the meeting live or on-demand through this website.

Meeting times and locations are subject to change. Please visit this website for updates. Commission meeting agendas are generally posted online after 4:00 p.m. the Thursday before the next meeting. Agendas may also be obtained by emailing [email protected].
