The next Commission Business Meeting will be held on February 11, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Port of Seattle Headquarters Building Commission Chambers, located at 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, Washington. An Executive Session may convene at 10:30 a.m. with the business meeting reconvening at 12 p.m. Business meetings of the Port of Seattle Commission are open to the public.

A Commission special meeting will be held on February 6, 2025, at 8 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, located at: 1053 LK Washington Blvd N, Renton, Washington. The purpose of the meeting is to present the State of the Port. This meeting will be followed by another special meeting at the same location, in the Seattle Room. The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct an organizing retreat with the Port Commission and the Executive Leadership Team. That meeting will convene at 10:30 a.m. Both special meetings are open to the public. No action or public testimony will be taken during these two special meetings. Both meetings are held on-site only without a virtual meeting link provided for remote access.
