Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 28, 2024. Authorization for the Executive Director to Complete Design of LED Lighting and Controls Upgrades at T-91 in the Amount Requested of $700,000 and a Total Project Authorization To-Date of $750,000, for a Total Estimated Project Cost of $3,600,000. Authorization for the Executive Director to Increase the Overall Project Cost by $2,000,000 to $5,500,000 to Account for Increased Planning Costs and Need for Significantly Increasing Field Investigation Efforts and to Amend an Existing Maritime Environmental Site Management Support Services IDIQ Contract with Floyd Snider Inc. in the Amount of $2,000,000, for a New Not-to-Exceed Total of $4,000,000, and to Extend the Contract by Two Years to Complete the Remaining Work for the Terminal 115 Plant 1 Ecology Agreed Order Cleanup Site.
