NOTICE 


SEATTLE – In  lieu of  its 1:00  p.m. regular  meeting  scheduled  on  Tuesday, December 
22,  2015, at the  Conference  Center  at  Seattle-Tacoma  International  Airport, the  Port  of 
Seattle  Commission will instead convene a special meeting at 3:00 p.m. on the same 
day,  also  at  the  Conference  Center  at  Sea-Tac  Airport, for  the  purpose  of considering 
approval of an amendment to an interlocal agreement with the City of SeaTac.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
