COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 20, 2012 
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting Thursday, September 20, 2012, in the
Olympic Room at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, 2211 Alaskan Way, Seattle,
Washington for the purpose of holding a Commission retreat. Commissioners Albro, Creighton and
Holland were present.  Commissioner Tarleton arrived after 8:35 a.m. Commissioner Bryant
arrived after 8:49 a.m. 
CALL TO ORDER 
The special meeting was called to order at 8:24 a.m. by John Creighton, Commission Vice
President. 
The following topics were reviewed: 
Century Agenda Initiatives, folio, final report, and proposed 2012 and 2013 budgets; 
The Century Agenda and Greater Seattle Chamber of  Commerce Leadership
Conference on October 17-19, 2012; 
The proposed 2013 Commission Office budget; 
Commission Office operations; 
Membership of the Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE)
temporary committee; and 
Discussion of the Port's 2013 Budget and Draft Plan of Finance. 
ADJOURNMENT 
There being no further business, the special meeting was adjourned at 11:30 a.m.

Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
