COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 18-19, 2014 
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting Thursday and Friday, December 18-19,
2014, at the Hotel Murano, 1320 Broadway Plaza  Tacoma, Washington. 
CALL TO ORDER 
The special meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Courtney Gregoire, Commission Co-
President. 
The Commission engaged in a discussion with Port Staff that included consideration of the
following topics: 
Issues and strategic priorities to be addressed in 2015, including long range plans to
achieve Century Agenda goals, and an increased focus on tourism and cruise 
RECESSED AND RECONVENED 
The special meeting was recessed at 10 p.m. December 18, 2014.  The meeting reconvened at
8 a.m. on December 19, 2014, chaired by Commissioner Gregoire. 
The Commission continued its discussion with Port staff, including consideration of the following
topics: 
Organizational realignment 
The Seaport Alliance with the Port of Tacoma 
Real Estate strategic plan 
Workforce Development and small and disadvantaged business 
No final actions were taken during this meeting. 
ADJOURNMENT 
There being no further business, the special meeting was adjourned at 2:45 p.m.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
