Commissioners Albro, Bowman, and Gregoire were present. Commissioners Bryant and Creighton did not attend. CALL TO ORDER The meeting convened at 12:30 p.m. The Commissioners engaged in a discussion with Port staff on the topic of governance and delegation of authority to the CEO. There were no final actions taken at this meeting. ADJOURNMENT There was no further business, and the meeting adjourned at 3:30 p.m. Tom Albro Secretary Minutes approved: September 8, 2015.
