Lyles, Director, Fishing & Commercial Operations Rosie Courtney, Manager, Public Affairs SUBJECT: Special Order of Business Terminal 91 Neighbors Advisory Committee 2015 Annual Report BACKGROUND The Terminal 91 Neighbors Advisory Committee (NAC) is composed of representatives of the Magnolia Community Council and Queen Anne Community Council. Together with representatives of the Port of Seattle, NAC operates within the terms of the Terminal 91 Short Fill Redevelopment Agreement (as amended 1985 and 1998). The Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at Pier 69. The 2015 Annual Activity Report has been prepared for presentation to the Port Commission by the NAC Chairperson, John Kriese. Mr. Kriese serves as the independent facilitator as specified within the NAC Agreement and contracted with 501 Commons, a non-profit organization. NAC greatly appreciates the opportunity to give a short overview of the 2015 Annual Report to the Commission.
