Re: Representation of taxicab operators at Sea-Tac

We operate taxicabs at Sea-Tac international Airport. We have Chester Baldwin and Marc Gju rassic of Public Affairs
Associates, and Chris Van Dyk of Bainbridge Media Group, working and advocating for us. No one else speaks for us.

After an open, transparent bidding process, on the award of RF? 2016 ADB - 1 for outbound ground transportation at
Sea-Tac, the Port of Seattle made a decision. The winners have won. We respect the Port's decision.

Please do not let individuals and organization who pretend to speak for us, delay the implementation of that award and
the execution of a contract. The people who protest the Port's decision are not our representatives. They do not speak
for us. Our representatives have met with the contract winners, they have expressed our concerns with them directly,
and have done so effectively. The contract winners have listened to us, and our concerns are being addressed. Now, we
want only to get on with our businesses, and our lives. And when these representatives speakfor us, with no agenda

other than our own, you can trust that those who say they speakfor us, speak truthfully.

An one else who so 5 the s eak or us steals our voice.
